I've been playing with this for a good while now and it's replaced Campfire and Simple Saves for me. It seems that actors that use +DONTHARMSPECIES and then use the Player species to do this (so in my case, DRPG Summoned Friendly Marines) will hit you with friendly fire if you're using this mod.

Using the latest GZDoom, load only the DoomRPG folder, Relighting, and Doom 2 and it will consistently happen. Doesn't happen when you actually get in-game.
