I've been playing SUAB with the add-ons for the past couple of days and I must say that they do add to the charm of the mod quite a bit. I'd maybe suggest a visual patch for the railgun-that-looks-like-an-M16 if you'd ever feel so generous - that's one of the things I do have a gripe with in SUAB.

Why not make a Factotum-specific monster pack? From my understanding, to make alternate attacks for monsters would also mean you'd require to swap their classes out for new ones. That'd break the compatibility Factotum is supposed to have.

@D3athStalker Those are some good sprites, but you might want to enlarge the magazine of the FG-61 - right now it looks laughably small. The pump shotgun is pretty cool, though it looks just a tiny bit too large in those hands imo.
