It looks like Calamity Augment lets monsters damage and infight others of their own type. I've observed this several times in my current run.

On further rummaging, I think the helmets not working is a Gun Bonsai bug; at least, the little armour bonuses dropped by Scavenge Steel never work with Pandemonia armour and it would not surprise me if at some point interactions with Scavenge Steel/Dark Harvest break the Pandemonia armour bonuses ...

I almost can't believe I've never noticed this before... But are the ground flames from the fire magic supposed to be unable to damage Cyber Demons and Spider Masterminds? I don't know how alive this is, but one fix this mod could use is proper +NOINTERACTION on its blood actors. I've seen some massive lags caused by blood actors, and in one special case a total lag-freeze (a bunch of romeroheads getting either crushed or blown up in Equinox).

I've noticed that when I have the blurry affliction card and pick up a blur sphere, my weapon rapidly switches between visible and "invisible" for the sphere's duration. Can someone reproduce this? I'm playing with a mod so it might be its fault instead. Edit: Another thing that looks kind of ...
