Why there is no ACS sources provided? In the archive there is only compiled *.bin library.
Also, is there any chance to make footstep sounds to appear twice often? They are a bit too rare...

It can be good to have some kind of "pre-start" equipment selection with all weapons and augmentations that were successfully moved to the exit from the map by alive player. Like... Unlockable system where player can have variety of stuff, but for unlock itself they may need to complete map with it ...

I am having constant freezes of "GZDoom" on vanilla MAP01 while entering brown room (normally and via free camera mod). Oh... I've succesfully compressed your mod from ~900 Mb to straight ~450 Mb just by converting all the audio to *.ogg (via convertation tool from "AIMP4" audio player software) and by coverting some really fat textures to 8-bit *.png images... Also, this isn't really a good idea to store *.wad files that ...

I know that this may be hard to implement, but you might just made an option to disable their Ambush flags or enable it via mod's options menu, since it is gonna be a painful to update not 2 files, but all 4 of them...

I think that Bruiser & Archvile replacements that are located in the monster rooms outside of the map doesn't getting alerted by noise, so it it impossible to get 100% kill on some maps...

Sorry for sudden off-topic, but seems that this "Brutal Doom V21" focused campaign is using some of its internal enhancments on its maps. Without BDV21 there is plenty of missing textures and "errors". With "UniversalMapEnhancements_V21Beta_RC6.pk3" there is still missing textures and unknown actors ...
