Does anyone have older versions of This mod? The latest version is alright but I'm also looking for earlier versions (as the current version no longer has variations of the Sargent/Trooper sprites)

I'm looking for a pickup sprite of doom 3's handgun. I know there's one that's being used in Xim's Doom 3 mod, although I recall there was one in a much older Doom 3 mod that was better quality and larger than the one currently used. (I also recall that the sprite's grip was green for some reason?)

Look for older versions of the Taggart difficulty mod ( This one ) That has the multiple versions of Shotgunners and Zombiemen in it.

Looks great so far, the weapons feel very nice.

Weapons feel better with new sounds (for the most part), yes.
The stats bar is basically the strife ammo/weapons/key menu.
