I love this place. Only place I've ever found where people cannot find themselves at fault and have some inane justification for most anything. Its almost like a theatre play. Owait

@Bio-Hazard. I don't care whether it's open source or not. Why should we replace a good and robust implementation with libraries that don't really work well? Where is this good and robust implementation? I cannot find it looking at zdooms source. Mind you I can rarely find anything looking at the ...

No not really. That doesn't mean you arent wrong. Instead of bothering to look at the code I just started up Scythe (in vanilla) and waited for DEMO2 to come around. There are two revs in that demo prior to death, and between them they get a few shots off. However the demo somehow, through an act of ...

k I dunno how it works in ZDoom, nor do I really care, but in vanilla, or choco, or pr, if you start from the command line using -warp the DEMOx lumps, along with the rest of the title stuff are ignored by the engine. It just starts you in that map. And even if there was a part where the titlescreen ...

I am relatively sure the out of the box settings (save the keybindings) are just fine. If they aren't it sure as shit isn't my fault.

[2.1.7] Wierd player movement.

In 2.1.7 the player accelerration is way too fast and it takes way too long to stop. Like the friction got fucked or something

For those who cannot get in to IRC by the normal ports (6667-6670 in most cases) try connecting to the server via SSL (if the network in question supports it). For instance OFTC users would connect to ircs.oftc.net:9999. EsperNet appears not to support SSL.
