I like it.

'One thing; it looks a bit strange that the grenades are shooting out from the middle of the screen while the weapon is located to the side.

ettin respawning sucks

I think I recall, there once was a thread about how to remove the ettin respawning i hexen, but I can't find it.

I'm going to play deathking again, but I would like to remove the respawning first, so if someone knows how to do this I would be thankfull.

sadly the addon doesn't work in skulltag.
Skulltag complains about line 84 "SC_getnumber bad numeric constant bezerk"

but I like this.
