In "Training" there is a section where the game teaches you to use the Torch item. You have to go through a small, pitch black corridor with little crawly monsters in it. Only activating the Torch should make you able to see in the corridor. With Palette Emulation On, however, the corridor appears to be rendered full bright except for one black wall. The sprites of the little monsters are black but they stand out against the brightly lit corridor, of course.
If Palette Emulation is turned Off, the section of the level appears to work correctly.
(This is on Vulkan with a 1050ti, if that matters)
