I'm all for this, it could make a nice scope on a weapon... through ACS and DECORATE

I'm sure this can easily make a nice "Zooming" Effect in scripted scenes, wouldn't it?

It's already supported for camera textures, it'd be pretty darn cool if we could use this with a normal camera view.
