[Strife] Subtitles stay on screen forever

After getting the communicator from Rowan and passing the town bridge to activate Blackbird’s sound file VOC03 (with subtitles turned on), the resulting text stays there permanently. Activating the next voice line doesn’t do anything to change this, either.
