The same crash was already reported here but the real cause wasn't found yet.
You can give the latest devbuild a try if you can reproduce the crash more or less reliably.

When I attempt to save in GZDoom, when I am playing a custom wad, or TC, it just spontaneously crashes for absolutely no reason. I remember it recently happening when I try Trailblazer with either Sunlust or Hell Revealed 2, or Doom: The Golden Souls. I have a crash report of one time when I played Disjunction with the following: Smooth Doom, ketcupv5smoothdoom, and SBAR hud smooth doom version.

Keep in mind I am using the latest GZDoom Version, which is GZDoom 2.4
