[Softpoly] Line_Horizon is unsupported

[Disclaimer: I got the go-ahead from dpJudas and Rachael to go ahead and post things like this, so here we go...]

Softpoly doesn't yet support the Line_Horizon action. See the attached test wad -- it should render an infinite plane of grass, not an F_SKY1-walled box. ;)
