Are you using Windows? Other hardware info like graphics card and monitor configuration would help as well.

Alt-tabbing out of GZDoom, after a few times, it will stop letting the mouses leave that monitor. It's stuck somewhere behind the screen that is brought up when you alt-tab.

I am using version 4.1.0 and I have tested this issue with and without Vulkan.
