This would require some significant rewriting of the input system. Unless you find someone willing to do it, it's unlikely this will happen.

I use a Xbox Gamepad to play GZDoom but sometimes there will be mods that use more actions that can be mapped to a single gamepad.
So im wondering if it would be possible to have button combos

example-
A Button= Use
DpadUp= Granade
Hold A then press Dpad Up= taunt
