And what if lift with actor surrounded by another lifts? And that lifts with another lifts.
I know that possibility of this is too low.

probably your best bet is to have the actor check the sector(s) it's in/near, and then keep track of what it was like last tic and see if it's different on the next one

How check is some sector ceiling/floor moves up/down at this specific game tick?
I want make gibs which act more like actual things under crusher, which means fly out of crusher as "soon" as crusher start crushing it.

I know there are grind actor virtual, but it usually calls when actor already too late to splash out of crusher.
