Hopefully fixed here. In fact, this case and the case from this post were fixed.

Tested with ZDoom 2.8pre-2051-g722ef02 and GZDoom g2.1.pre-1666-g2657c08

I don't know when this started but there seems to be something wrong with the slideshow system. I don't have time to test this fully right now so here's a quickie.
Start Strife, go to MAP10, talk to Macil. After his slideshow is over, you'll notice his dialog is exactly the same as before the slideshow, allowing you to start the slideshow over and over without making progress.
