FWIW, it does not crash with the current version of FMOD. (I suppose this might be reason enough for me to work out the lack of water reverb and make it the new official version.)

The resampler in sound options under speaker mode. Happens with all ouput modes and -nomusic still crashes (gets to menu but once a SFX is played). Using FMod 4.26.33.

Resampling for what? There are different synths, each with their own resampling code.

Zdoom64 crashes if cubic or spline resampling is used.
