Keep in mind that XBCD doesn't work for wireless controllers.

Download the XBCD drivers for 360 controller, i'm able to use my controller fine in Zdoom. altho the lookspring could be added.

The XBox 360 controller is already able to connect to the computer, as it is a USB device. The thing is, Microsoft's drivers for said controller treat the analog triggers as an axis instead of buttons. There are alternate drivers that can correct this.

Get a Xbox to USB converter and it should work (like any regular joypad)
