Since the feature won't even be available until the next version, this is hardly an issue.

No. All the 16 flags settable by the flags property are already in use so this is an extended flag like the other more recently added ones.

You don't need a new DB config. The new flag can only be set by Line_SetIdentification or ACS. There's no new special and no checkbox for the flag.

A simple thing but very useful.
The line block the player only.
I don't know if already exist! :shrug:
In this case, nevermind.
