It's simple: We can't read your mind.

If you don't spell it out for us, we don't understand.

That's really it.

It's not a matter of being new. Being specific helps these things along.

You've been very vague at best with your requests.

Enjay wrote: Tue Aug 12, 2025 4:22 pm Which features?
Why?
Where is the value to the developers?
Where is the value to the modders?
Where is the value to the players?
Any suggestions on how to do it?

You have now opened several threads asking for features - almost always you don't give enough in the way of details, explain why the features would be useful or anything that would actually help your suggestion be listened to. Some of the features you have asked for would be very work-intensive, others have been utterly unsuitable for inclusion. Do you even know which features you want?

Please remember that GZDoom and Raze are made by people as a hobby and for free. If you want a feature, please explain why someone should even consider spending their valuable free time on it.

And please stop just posting vague "more features" posts.

This is not the way to have your suggestions listened to...

Enjay gave a very good overview of what you need to do to get your requests considered and not just closed on sight immediately.

There are a lot of considerations that go into whether or not a developer decides if it is worth their time to add a feature. I am not trying to be mean or anything here, but you are not helping your own cause by being vague even when we asked you not to be, and if you keep treating us like that then it really isn't worth the time to even acknowledge you. Eventually your posts are going to start getting reported as spam.
