GZDoom v. 4-14-2 is inserting Legacy of Rust weapons into vanilla Doom 2 from nowhere

Contrary to popular belief, we are not all-knowing-all-seeing magical beings!

If you want help you're going to have to provide lots of info. Like what is your hardware, what is your operating system, what version of GZDoom/LZDoom/whatever you're using, what mods you're loading, how you're loading it, what you've already tried for fixing the problem, and anything else that is even remotely relevant to the problem.

We can't magically figure out what it is if you're going to be vague, and if we feel like you're just wasting our time with guessing games we will act like that's what you're really doing and won't help you.

I think it shouldn't, only with Doom + Doom II. I don't have it installed but i bought it recently on an offer, not surprising it won't load for me.

idres24.wad is loaded when you select any Doom*, period.
Seems even the Shareware IWAD is loading, oddly. Must be a bug or mistake, because GZDoom doesn't seem to load things like lights.pk3, brightmaps.pk3 and game_widescreen_gfx for it...

I think idres24.wad is autoloaded when you select Doom + Doom II.Y wenas.

He should still be able to scroll up to the top of the console (or a log file) and see which files have been loaded though. It should just be doom2.wad plus the files that ship with gzdoom. If something else is in there, then that's probably the problem. If it is just the expected files, then somehow the LoR weapons have been added to one of them.

Wenas. He said on discord he had the steam version of Doom + Doom II installed, i guess he selected the doom2 wad from that version in the launcher.

That seems incredible.
The only time that would happen is if you also load id1-weap.wad from the LoR mod.

Perhaps, if you have GZDoom generate a logfile then you may find out what files are loaded during startup.

Title. Why is this happening and how do I get rid of it?

A completely fresh clean reinstall of GZDoom, using a stock Doom2.wad file, when I type in IDKFA I get the two Legacy of Rust weapons, the flame thrower and flamethrower BFG.

How do I disable or prevent this? I dont want these weapons and I dont know why they're showing up in vanilla doom2. I dont own Legacy of Rust, im not supplying a LoR wad file to gzdoom.

This just started happening today for no reason, last week IDKFA did not give me these weapons, I can only assume installing the latest GZDoom is what caused this.

What is going on here?
