Raze pretty much only looks for the base game data used by the Build Engine versions of the game. Any additional data added for Blood Fresh Supply is in a different data file that Raze does not know to access (and is likely in a KEX-specific format anyway).
Powerslave Exhumed is a whole different story, as that version of the game was never Build-based to begin with, but rather, running on a console-specific engine called Slavedriver, to which KEX is a framework built on top. If you want data that works with Raze, you want Powerslave Classic.
