Here's a RR-RA savegame reproducing the issue. I can get it to work reliably in RR-RA e1l6, but I'm having trouble reproducing it in RR e1l1. So it may be level specific. Happens in both 1.5.0 and 1.6pre.

bubbatest_2_1 is him without any damage.
bubbatest_2_2 is him after taking 4 shotgun hitscans. If you crowbar him it kills him instead of exiting.
There is a related existing bug that I thought I saw reported elsewhere. If you save just before a level end, activate the level end, then reload that save, the level end trigger will no longer work.
Quitting the game and restarting it resets the level end trigger so you can continue that way.
I can reproduce this in every level I've tried. I don't think that is related because with this bubba glitch I've tried restarting. Happens in both 1.5.0 and 1.6pre.
Sidenote:
Between 1.5.0 and the nightly build, the save location is different. In the latest release it is in the save folder next to the executable. With latest dev build on windows it is in C:\Users\[username]\Saved Games\Raze
This is probably a great pattern going forward, but that explains why my old saves weren't being seen to try to reproduce this faster. Doh!
