... and it will happen in all future versions, too. The check being performed here in the mod is wrong, plain and simple. I know this idea came from some ill-advised info on the Wiki, but that still doesn't help. This more recently added BT_ flag works a little bit differently.

This needs to be fixed in the mod.

As the subject says, the buy menu in Psychic #5b5 does not work--the menu is stuck at its "welcome" screen.
