These are known issues with the scripts. The warning is harmless in these cases but won't be disabled because for modders they are helpful.

In Duke Nukem 3D writes a yellow message.

In Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition, Duke It Out In D.C.
Compilling: ‘game.con.
* WARNING. (GAME.CON, line 3330) Expected an identifier, got a numeric literal 1.

In Duke: Nuclear Winter
Compilling: ‘NWINTER.CON.
* WARNING. (NWINTER.CON, line 3500) Expected an identifier, got a numeric literal 1.
