This game is basically impossible to obtain except through filesharing by collectors of oddities. Talk about niche! At least Amulets & Armor is easily available and its source code is open, too. (And it still wouldn't make much sense to ask for GZDoom to support it.)

Won't happen.
You first need someone to reverse engineer that game before even make an assessment about the feasibility.

This is a idea that has come to me, and i don't really expect it to happen, but here i go anyways.

Mars 3D is a obscure Taiwanese FPS game from 1997.

Its engine seems to be reverse-engineered from Doom's, and the two are alike to the extent where i have been able to open its maps in Slade successfully.

One difference i have noticed is that the sounds are external .wav files rather than included in the WAD (or in this case, MAD) file itself.

I believe being able to play the game in a Doom source port would make it more well known, especially considering that a full translation of the game to English has been made available for free, and it would be interesting to see some sort of mapping community develop around it.

I don't really know how difficult it would be to implement, but i'm assuming it wouldn't be a harder job than other Doom engine games, such as Heretic or Strife.

Again, i'm not really expecting this to get off of the ground, but i'm posting it here anyways to see if there's any interest in the idea.
