Try deleting your cookies. I had the same kind of problems but then I tried with a different browser (with which I had never before logged on) and it worked fine, so I figure it's a cookie issue.

So I'm getting this issue after I tried logging out from the wiki saying it couldn't submit one of my changes due to session time-out. I'm not sure what to do about this.
