I do not understand. That flag would disable even the thing you mention in the second line. Also, no 'GL' as dynamic lights are by now a core engine feature also available in the software renderer.

A simple flag that disables any and all current dynamic lights attached to the actor.

Useful for things that rely upon a pointlight definition made in GLDefs and attached via the same way too.
