This is a portable version of EasyPHP lite set up with phpBB 3.0.14 and a link to the zdoom-styles Github repo.
The included phpBB board has an admin account set up - its password is inside the included admin.txt file. You will need that.
The git repo is located inside the eds-www\styles folder. You will need to "fetch" and then "checkout" the master branch.
This will allow you to develop and test changes to the existing phpBB styles, as well as add new ones. You can then upload the changes into your own fork and create a pull request.
