Yeah, confirming here that mousewheel zooming is way too fast since the interpolation changes.

Feels good to me.

For me zooming in was too fast. There are two kinds of zoom, in steps with the mouse wheel (am_zoom) and the smooth one with keys (am_zoomin and am_zoomout).
Try this devbuild: https://devbuilds.drdteam.org/lzdoom/lz ... 5b8b4c4.7z

For me both are very fast and choppy. How do i enable interpolation?
Edit: rotation is interpolated, zooming is not and it's much worse than before.
Edit2: panning is very smooth here, only zooming is very sharp.

Since this commit (gf7bec90e7).

Two scrolls and I'm fully zoomed out. I can no longer get the zoom right because zooming out is twice as effective compared to zooming in. It only gets worse as the empty space margin setting goes up.
