Normally I wouldn't sign up for any projects now, but 2 days doesn't sound so bad. I suppose I will take phase 2 slot 1. I would have posted this in the realm667 thread, but for whatever reason I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail.

The detail phase is mostly for consistency reasons :)

That looks pretty cool, but I think you've gone a bit nutso on the detail, there, Torm. If that part of the mapping process is to be an entirely separate phase of the project's development, I think you should ease off on doing it yourself for the time being. Focus on getting the layout/basic gameplay down first. :wink:

Good luck with the rest of it, though.

IMHO, that looks really bland. There isn't enough colour variation (I see brown, green, and gray... that's it?)

Then again, it does look a lot more realistic than most maps.

Hey guys, there are still Detail (phase 2) and Gameplay/Bugfix (phase 3) slots left open, so if you are skilled in one of these departments, please join us so the development chain is completet. Also someone for the Boss Arena is needed, who provides an arena and an interesting final boss (with all neat DECORATE and ACS stuff) - support us :)

I'm still kinda tempted to join up, if only for the fact that I worked on the first one (sorta) and feel as if I can do a zillion times better of a job now. If I took a slot, though, I'd be best off doing Phase 1 since I have little patience for minute detailing (hence my recent vanilla fixation :P ).
