Imagine how it will be hard boss on hexen "heresiarch on korax" it will be most hard boss.
D' Sparil on Chaos Serpent - chaos serpent shoot one fireball, and if near death he run faster and shoot 3 balls, after death we play with Sorcerer which use teleport and shoot electric ball, if near death summon Disciples.
Heresiarch on Korax - Korax use teleport, use func to get lava floor with lava balls, use three different types of fire balls (from centaur, green serpent and brown serpent) and shoot it from each hand 6 fire balls at one shoot, after deatch we will meet with heresiarch who use wide range attack and can redirect your attack back to you, when near death summon Dark Bishops who also use more powerful attack comparing to disciples.
And i agree we see heresiarch on finish title screen in heretic.
So battle with heresiarch longer than with korax. And maybe Raven Software at last minute decided to separate serpent rider to two different bosses =)? who knows ...

I'm pretty sure the Heresiarch was originally meant to be the second Serpent Rider, which means that Korax was presumably meant to be his Serpent. (i personally subscribe to the theory that Korax's unusual form and lack of serpent indicates that he was formerly a sorcerer similar to D'Sparil, but then he used the Chaos Sphere to actually combine with his serpent.)

It's not bad, and would probably fit in well enough if given graphics that match with the game's style, but aside from having a dark hood it doesn't seem all that different from Hexen II's dark angels.

It's just a concept, there is hardly a way to measure something immeasurable? Unless we are talking about details in appearance, I can't grasp the idea (image) other than some (fallen) angel.

Ain't the Heretic/Hexen bosses lizardmen? I remember tails on the boss(es). How is your idea a Hexen boss concept? Will your concept revolve around something about Heretic/Hexen?
