Sorry to bump this thread, but i need Chibi Rebellion badly and there isn't a single working link for it. I've seen a user has got th file chibi22.zip in a package... could you send me that file? I think it's the 2.2 version. I'm also looking for lywren. Thanks.

@LWM: Can hspawn13 and hspawn20 be considered obsolete in the presence of hspawn30? I would have thought so, but can't remember for sure.

I lost the appropriate dehacked exe and deh, so it's partially broken. It was my first project so don't expect anything above newbie status. Made for vanilla doom, but I've added a dehacked lump with an older patch.
