I know. They do.

The latest version of XWE should be able to play those I believe.

And they aren't actually 16-bit sounds: XWE wrongly assumes they are 16-bit sounds because their file size >65536 bytes.

DeePsea handles them just fine.

How do I play 16-bit sounds?

I was looking through VOICES.WAD form Strife, and the 16-bit wave files it in came out as garbled mush. Is there some way to make these sounds intellegible? Some other program? (I'm using XWE)
