psd is for photoshop and playing with blending on layers, these psd have layers, if i post image it will loss layers, and become useless.


p.s. isn't English only one language to be accepted here by forum rules?

its for heretic.

So it has layers, and you can blend them in photoshop using various effects, i created Translucent what i like to be more.

From that can be generated whatever efeects or defects what you want, i like it.

Palette also included , its actually raw with act extension photoshop uses it.

after blending or playing with selection and discard, you can convert is to indexed color and load custom palette , choose heretic.act file, after everything is done photoshop allows to save in raw format, so you cen drop it back to slade 3.

load game with new pwad and look what you get, you can create for like in hexen, the question is how to use that all =)

Translucent sample rvn.wad, i done it with color selection and deleting, the most darker color has more transperency, most brighter less, also blended with 50% transperency after deleting selection.

Well , i know my English is umm bad...
I want to do it for hexen and doom, maybe other games , or maybe by writing tutorial, does it interesting to anyone. Is there any point to do that??

Someone can do me a favor please? Generate 24 bit truecolor COLORMAP & TINTTAB for Heretic and HeXen.

Well i know its odd, i want to do some more experiements with that and port back to 256 (8bit) mode and look on what it will looks like.

Or tell me instructions on how to generate them.
