Add a reflectiveness argument to the Line_Mirror special

I suggest to add a reflectiveness parameter to the Line_Mirror special. To make this compatible with the old WADs, make the argument to get more reflective mirror with less value and vice versa. Also add support for this on transparent double-sided lines if that's possible (that can be used to make realistic glass effect) and additive reflection.
