News from 5 February 2002

Post by randi »

Betas 29-32 were short-lived: so short lived that I never bothered to announce them anywhere. Beta 33 is available now, and hopefully it really will be the last beta. I am just waiting for bug reports now.

You can download:
  • The Windows version
  • The source code in a zip archive
  • The source code in a tar.bz2 archive
  • A precompiled Linux binary
The Linux binary is provided for people who cannot compile the source on their systems for whatever reason. It needs FMOD 3.33 and a copy of zdoom.wad to work. I used GCC 3.0 to compile it. GCC 2.95 chokes on an internal compiler error when it tries to compile the function FBaseCVar::ToInt.

I also have a list of changes since the last posted changelog.
