ZDoom 1.21 fixes a problem that could cause the game to become confused when a thinker removed itself. This was most apparent in projectiles and blood splats that would briefly stop and hang in midair. I also added the hud_scale cvar so you can control whether or not the fullscreen hud gets scaled at high resolutions.
