Try replacing -warp with "+map LOBBY"

Got a small update! Taking advantage of ZDoom's new StrCmp function, I was able to streamline how custom bosses are implemented. Now, multiple custom boss packs can be loaded together without fear of conflict!
This will require a new version of ZDoom, if you haven't updated lately. This will also require a currently-experimental build of Reelism (available here; load this instead of asplot.wad), but I'll make sure Kins lets me put these minor changes into the next official release, so this is only temporary.
I've updated my custom boss to take advantage of this new system. Beed28 and CaptainJ, I've taken the liberty of updating your bosses to conform to the new system as well, since it's only fair when I change the foundation out from under you like this.

holy moly, thanks for compile my custom boss wad! now finally i felt awesome today.
well. now i know how to compile scripts, because of my friend from same country. but too bad ACC was doesn't works.
a new error. i downloaded correct XWE, set the correct ACC location, but it didn't worked but texts with numbers. also my friend didn't know about this error too. maybe my computer's problem. who knows. now i'm never going to make compiled ACS but...you did it. i'm really appreciate for this.

but there's problem when i drag every wad i download with newest version of the reelism; i just dragged like this for avoiding some errors, i started boss practice. finally my custom boss' text and sound was completely came out. but it had a only one problem, bosses are not appearing. even i dragged this wads other way but it happend same time.
so i summoned him manually to beat him. i downloaded latest version of the gzdoom, that version of the reelism is newest too, right?
what should i do? isn't that's a error or something?

Reelism runs from three core files. asplot.wad is one of them, and using the new custom boss system would require that you use asplotexp instead (for now), so you'll need to open up that .pk7 and pull the other two out in order to load them, otherwise you'll be running both versions of asplot at the same time.

He means that XWE is terrible and you should use SLADE3 instead.

i know that editor is terrible. i'm only use XWE when i need to work with ACS to compile. but some unknown errors because of my computer, i can't do it. also i can't run slade either. so i'm using slumped instead. still i love to use the slumped though.Kinsie wrote:He means that XWE is terrible and you should use SLADE3 instead.

Have you considered making unique reels for the Maps? For example on the mansion map you could have the monsters become ghosts for a round or on the Bridge map you could have tons of cars go across the bridge or something.
It's just an idea but I think it would be really cool if implemented.

This is sort of already in, in the form of the 9-9-9 jackpot. As a normal reel, I think it'd probably be a bit too much.

So, as it turns out, I'm working on this again. Edward850 recently fixed a long-running annoying bug regarding level-start quicksaves causing reels to play out in the same order after a post-death restart, and I recently hurled up at least one new reel.
