Tiling non-power of two: not entirely fixed
See this. For safety, the test map is attached, in case the Mediafire download expires or is otherwise too annoying.

This is completely unrelated to vertical tiling by two, since they don't tile vertically here. Even vanilla Doom can tile non-power of 2 textures horizontally. The problem is probably from using negative offsets.

Disregard that. I guess I remembered incorrectly. Build can do it, at any rate.
