An A_SpawnItemEx FLAG: SXF_TRANSFERTID

A new flag to A_SpawnItemEx that gives the spawned actor the same TID/tag of it's spawner.

Would be very usefull to control actors spawned in game via ACS and making selective spawners.

I confess that I have not searched if it had been asked before, sorry.

But I'm very newbie about this. I would have to compile zdoom with these add-ons and put this new executable with the mods that make use of these new FDARI's codes?
