Have you altered your display settings (new drivers, refresh rate, etc.)? Certain refresh rates give me headaches.

I've had this monitor since January 2008 and it's always been the same refresh rate (60Hz, which I think is the standard for a 1680x1050 resolution)


Also I should state that I never used to get motion sickness of any kind that I was aware of. This experience is fairly new to me.

Yes, the full song is a ten-minuter, and I've just got the intro done (bar a few possible mistakes) so far, with bits and pieces of the rest of the song laid out in the "full" MIDI, which I'm still working on.

My capture device came in today - a Startech SVID2USB. I figured having some sort of device to capture composite video would be helpful, so I ordered one. So far it works okay, though I can't figure out what's up with the sound. It changes pitch slightly back and forth every few seconds, but the video looks good enough - about as good as composite can, I guess. For a basic little thing, it's pretty good. I'm sure I could find something better, but I didn't want to spend too much money.

Sounds pretty serious to me.

My dad got a new widescreen monitor so I got his old LCD. (It's very similar to the one I had.) It's plugged into VGA but looking great.

Unfortunately, Enjay's recommendation for DisplayFusion has fallen before the onslaught of "progress". Apparently they decided that the multi-monitor taskbar (which is what I wanted it for) is now a "pro feature". Meh.

Lord knows. Previous termination was May of last year. Still going at the hunt right now.

I actually got turned down from a place in February for being "too honest." Near as I can tell, during the part where they ask about your weaknesses they didn't like that I actually told them.

I'd like to know what this business is. If they only hire liars then I won't be dealing with them.
