This is a 15-ish map mod for GZDoom, split into 3 parts.
The maps have rather fast paced action with some scripted sequences and boss fights. If the levels seem a bit difficult, there is 4 different skill levels (Not including a NIGHTMARE equivalent) for you to choose from. The levels are rather short, but hopefully entertaining, if not atmospheric and laggy.

Part 1:

MAP01: Complete
MAP02: Complete
MAP03: Complete

Part 2:

MAP04A: Complete
MAP04B: Complete
MAP05A: Complete
MAP05B: Complete
MAP06A: Complete
MAP06B: Complete

Part 3:

MAP07A: Complete
MAP07B: Complete
MAP08: Complete

There is also some little pointers in the mod to teach you about certain aspects throughout the levels. This mod also features replacements for all the weapons, making some faster and others more dangerous. Not only will there be these weapons, there is a whole new set of demons that have taken the "Icy" look.

The mod also has a backstory, which is progressed in the mod itself through cinematics. Here is a bit of the story here:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A few years have passed since the first Demon invasion (Doom1 and Doom2). The UAC is on constant watch for activity of demons on earth and mars. The UAC have been completely paranoid that more demons could come at any moment, and are researching new technology to stem the invasion forces, such as the Ion Cannon on Cybergaze 2.1x, or even the Hellfire Fuel at the Insanity's Edge Mining Complex, not to mention their other secret projects that you, Sergeant Major Elliott Morse, shouldn't know about.
You are a part of one of a vast amount of Specialist teams, know as the T.A.O (Tactical Assault Operations), designed to find and hunt down remaining demons on earth.The latest signal has come from Siberia, inside a mountain named Mt. Baphomet, where ironically, the remains of Baphomet are sealed in a vault far below the mountain. Within and around the mountains perimeter are hundreds of Pre-Demon war facilities that the UAC took as their own during the first war against the demons. All information about the base has been classified since. A minor team was sent to deal with this signals inconvenience. That team never returned. Now, the UAC are beginning to panic. However, they have no wish for the T.A.O to clean this mess up for them...
Fortunately, the T.A.O can go right over their heads on this one.
Currently commanded by Colonel Andrew Luke, this team makes no mistakes. You are part of this team, after showing outstanding skill in all areas. You didn't think you were that good. The leader of Alpha squad in your team, and friend from the Demon War, Corporal Markus Dirnberger, believes that the UAC did genetic experiments on demons here. You also owe him 17 dollars. You think he is crazy, but with the UAC, you can never know. The T.A.O all know from first hand experience, that the UAC always lie.
For our mission, they want us to go in, find the problem, terminate it, and get out. Simple, huh?
The general expects us to follow these orders exactly. Yet what the UAC actually have done here has saved the lives of millions...
...But now has condemned the life of your team, and possibly the rest of the earth to the demons.
Or something much worse.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Throughout the mod there are several cut scenes which progress the story further as you adventure through the levels, along with an Intro map which explains the basic backstory to you as well. The start Intro is skippable, along with all-in game dialogue conversations.

And now for a lot of screenshots:

Spoiler:

Any criticism is most welcome.

Now THIS is how you use fog!

I think you went a bit overboard on the gib props in that one screenshot, though.

Why don't you Private Message an administrator? They can recover your account by setting a new password and change your name for you.

This looks pretty cool. I swear that wasn't a pun.

Well, not an intentional pun.

Some of the indoor shots look pretty cramped to me, though, and the UAC seems to have wasted an impossible sum of money on installing hundreds of lightbulbs that don't actually do anything.

I really love the last set of outdoor shots, the night ambience with silhouetted structures fading to gray is gorgeous. Though even the lights there could probably be made to extend a bit further than they do :P

As Essel (unintentionally) said, this looks both cool and cold. Very nice. This is one to keep an eye on.

This looks pretty neat!

Though I will say this looked less like winter to me, and more "volcanic", like the Ashlands in Morrowind, or maybe the Zelda:TP alpha shots.

In the first screenshot there you don't actually do any fighting, but you are right about the second one. I will have the UAC knock down the far wall.
Ah yes, my lighting is a really big problem. When I made all the rooms in most screenshots, I didn't have lighting in mind, so I ran off making all these funny shaped ramps everywhere and then shoved a couple lightbulbs on the ceiling. I really need to work on my large scale lighting.

I like my gib props. :P

In some of your shots I see you've got a lot of really complex ceiling architecture but no room for lighting or floor structures. Might I suggest moving the ceiling structures into portals, so you can detail and light the floor independently of it without having to worry about sector overlaps? It's a useful technique to use even if you're not doing anything 3D that strictly requires portal use.

I can't believe I have never thought of that before! An excellent idea Essel, thank you very much.

Also, thanks for the kind words everyone. I will be looking for some beta testers, so if you would like to test, go ahead and ask. I will probably take about 3 people.

Damn this project's lookin' gorgeous.

And I think I see at least one part of your screenshot problem - these things are huge! I don't think that last one would even fit on a 3.5" (for whatever that is worth)... maybe you should use optimized JPEGs?
