Hello there. I'm having this issue with the "Use Doom's floor motion behavior" when playing wads with " Doom (strict)" compatibility mode. Some platforms don't lower/rise proprely. This issue is not present back in gzdoom 4.10. A good expample is the Map01 in Memento Mori II:
Doom (strict):
- The platform don't lower when pressing the action button.
Default compatibility:
- The platform lower as it should.
Issue still present in 4.11.3 and dev-build g4.12pre-82-g2fb41a795.
GzDoom4.11.3 Doom (Strict) "Use Doom's floor motion behavior" making platforms not work in vanilla/limit-removing wads

There was a recent PR supposedly reintroducing an original bug with blocked ceilings but that one seems to have gotten it quite wrong. I've reverted that commit.
