Re: NORANDOMPUFFZ doesn't work
Graf Zahl said that SVN didn't give any error report, so this should not have happened, yet it seems no one has gotten to correcting it. It's only 40 or so lines.

Re: NORANDOMPUFFZ doesn't work
Okay it finally works now but bullet puffs spawned at the ceiling still have erratic bouncing. Can anything be done about this?
Use my example file for easy testing: http://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?f= ... 54#p671936
Just aim at the ceiling.

Re: NORANDOMPUFFZ doesn't work
Wow, yeah, it is pretty apparent unless you use GL and smart sprite clipping.
Interestingly, though, some less-than-thorough debugging (VS debugger was resisting me) indicates that the spawned puff's Z position is exactly where it ought to be, so I can't tell if the physics or something else is the cause. I think this should be opened as a new bug report; someone might shed some light on the issue.Graf Zahl wrote:Welcome to Doom's weird physics. That effect is completely unrelated to this flag
