I just want to say on this subject, all (dictionary) words have an inherent meaning. It's dangerous for a society to forget the meaning of words like that, just as it's dangerous to forget your history; lest you repeat the same mistakes. When we desensitize ourselves to things like this, we risk perpetuating them, whether intentionally or not.
