I've done your instructions, but it don't work for me. Take a look.
I've add the pic from internet, and I've put it into the original hires pack: (zd-dhtp-20101225.pk3)

Put it in "graphics" not "textures" and just in the root of the PK3.

The graphics folder not exist in [ data\jdoom ] path. So, I've created it and I put the pic in this folder.
Again, nothing.
If you say in the root, you refer that the "graphics" folder must be in the root of the pk3??? or into the data folder? or jdoom folder ?
The root of the zd-dhtp-20101225.pk3
So, I open other source pack from doomsday called jdui-all-20120223.pk3 and found into of it that the titlepic.png are into a [ data\jdoom\patches ] folder. So, I've decided to probe this pack without changes. And not work.
So, I rename the patches folder to graphics folder and I test.
nothing.
What are the exact folder name, and where put it?

Read up on [wiki]namespace[/wiki] and get rid of the data/jdoom/ part.

But, namespace's don't tell me where I must put the titlepic.png
For example:
\textures
\Hi-Res
\Patches
What of these ones I can be use ?

Make a folder called "graphics", dump the titlepics in there - add it to the .zip.
There, done.

Thanks man, finally I've tested this in the right way. Sorry for the late. It's been a while no? hahaha.
Here other place where says the same that you:
I've been trying to get jDUI loading in GZDoom (v1.1.2 r101) but it is only working partially. I am putting most of the UI graphics into the "hires" dir, except for menu screens (like TITLEPIC or INTERPIC) which won't get stretched if I don't put them into the "graphics" folder instead.
