Flashlight mods
Does anyone know where I can find a good flashlight mod for GZDoom?
Re: Flashlight mods
There was a mod named 6axis_beta1.wad, developed by James "Jimmy" Paddock in September 2011. I can't seem to find it on idgames, however.
[EDIT: It's on the ZDooM forums.
RV-007 created a flashlight mod, partially based on Jimmy's mod. However, it appears to have been taken down from idgames.
I can't remember, but I believe Batteries Not Included by wildweasel has a flashlight.

Re: Flashlight mods
Most of my mods that include some form of flashlight are, unfortunately, for EDGE, not GZDoom. That said, you can get a reasonably alright-looking flashlight sprite from ww-opm.wad (Operation Mjolnir) for EDGE, which I took from a photograph of my dad's Maglite.
Re: Flashlight mods
I'm curious myself about a functioning flashlight in GZDoom, and I mean in how its done, not the sprites.
Re: Flashlight mods
Make it like a continuously and hitscan weapon, with no damage and no pain, then put an invisible custom puff at it's attack, and attach a dynamic light at the puff actor.
