(G)ZDoom commit messages you wish would happen already

I noticed the other thread and I thought it would be a worthwhile idea to make this one, mind you this only for things that might never happen but you wish would happen.
- Added full support for MSX .KSS files that use the SCC sound chip
- Added a customizable boss health meter system in the form of BOSSINFO

Completely unnecessary. You can already do this with ACS. That said, it would be nice to access things like actor health in SBARINFO.

If you could point to some usable emulator code it might even happen.

The first is gobbledygook to me, the second is as said unnecessary.
With that said...
- Added editor number handling to XLAT to solve port compatibility issues with ednum conflicts.
- Added truecolor mode to software renderer.
- Merged in GZDoom. Defining the macro USEOPENGL builds gzdoom.exe, leaving it undefined builds zdoom.exe.
Okay, that's the big ones.

The reason I didn't do this thread is because this has a much larger chance of starting forum drama, while the other is generally pretty funny.

This will come after 2.6.0 - but it will most definitely not be part of XLAT.
I plan to redo the entire identifier management so first the next release has to get out of the way.

- Make it possible to compile zdoom with GCC and the '-pedantic' compiler option.
- zdoom will behave differently in linux and mac: when the application is run without a terminal, open a xterm window and print out the log there, like in Windows.
- corollary from 2nd: implemented startup and endoom emulation code for Doom, Heretic, Hexen and Strife.
- Fixed: special keys on different language keyboard from english wouldn't work on linux.

This doesn't happen in Windows. There's only one ZDoom window (excepted for [wiki]IWAD selection box[/wiki] and [wiki]reverbedit[/wiki]).
