DO-TIMS (also the only megawad I've really bothered to play much this year), its just funny and genius as hell.

Luckily, I can't say I've endured one, so I can't vote on this.

ZDoom Monster of the Year (DECORATE):

Hmm, not sure... either Baphomet (Zen Dynamics), Hell's Battery (non-official "award" though since technically its an older monster), or the Ghoul Forest 2's thing simply because of surprise fright factor.

ZDoom Map of the Year (Non-Megawads):

Its more than one map but not enough to be a megawad (there should be a TC section), but my vote here goes without a doubt to Zen Dynamics.

Hmm... honestly not sure. I don't play as much levels and junk as I used to. And I don't pay much attention to /newstuff (probably why I don't play too many levels that often ), so I can't say.
